I checked with the manufacturer, and can verify that the only Curt trailer hitch receiver that fits your 2016 Chevy Cruze Limited is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11425. The other option you were referring to is actually not a fit for the Limited, it is only a fit for the standard Cruze. I have added a link to the instructions as well as a video install for you to check out. With the Curt Trailer Hitch # C11425, when you use accessories like a bike rack, Curt does recommend the use of Curt Cam Buckle Stabilizing Strap for Hitch-Mounted Accessories # 18050. The purpose of the strap is to simply add support to the rack to keep it absolutely stable, and I have added links to a couple videos showing how to use it, as well as a road test for the strap. Also keep in mind that a Class I hitch requires the use of a Class I bike rack such as the Hollywood Racks Trail Rider 2-Bike Platform Rack # HR200Z. I really like the Trail Rider because it's a great value relative to other bike racks also has a 5" rise in the shank for ground clearance, which will be helpful for the Curt hitch on your Cruze Limited.
