Can EcoHitch Front Mount Receiver be Used to Carry Two Motorcycles on 2017 Ram 3500

Question:
I have a 2017 Ram 3500 Laramie 4x4. I want to bolt this hitch on the front to haul a Black Widow Aluminum Double Motorcycle Carrier 600lb capacity. Will the Eco Front Hitch work with this carrier so I can pull a fifth wheel trailer and haul my two 300lb dual sport motorcycles?

Technically, yes. The EcoHitch Hidden Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # 306-X7900 is rated for 700 pounds vertical load. So, as long as the combined weight of your two motorcycles and carrier do not exceed that, and your driving visibility and/or truck lights aren't blocked, it will work.
I recommend double checking the capacity for the front axle on your 2017 Ram 3500 to make sure you're not overloading it. This information can be found on a label in the driver's side door jamb.

This hitch attaches to the same points as the drawtite hitch Item # 65063. Why is the tow rating double? Something doesn't make sense. This one is 10,000 lbs while the other is 5000 lbs. Only 1000 lbs difference in the line draw, 9000 versus 10000. I only want to park an 8600 camper and would prefer the drawtite hitch
