Can 50 CFM Ventline Fan be Replaced with 75 CFM Roof Vent Fan

I have a ventline mod # V2280-50 I want to know can I replace it with the ventline V2280-75 and will it fit in the same housing as the 50 cfm? Is the 75 cfm model much louader than the 50 cfm?

You can upgrade your 50 CFM kit to the 75 CFM motor part # VC0369-00 like you are wanting from your Ventline setup. It wouldn't be noticeable louder either.

The correct replacement fan motor you need for your Ventline Breeze that has a 50 CFM fan is the part #BCD0388-00. The mounts are different and the electric connector is different so you wouldn't be able to use the #VC0369-00 instead.

We have found the 75CFM Motor #VC0369-00 to be able to replace a 50CFM Motor #BVC0367-00 which you have in your 2280-50 Ventline. It will fit with the Impeller Wheel #VC0359-00.
