this is a replacement for one we sold to a customer that only last 4 months. Neither the manufacturer or the retailer would make it good, so Im having to eat this replacement, to be fair to end customer. not please at all with warranty or customer service
First of all I appreciate the fact you inspected the merchandise before shipping. It was damaged and you didn’t ship it. Secondary it would have be nice to have instructions enclosed. Fortunately I’m a service tech and figured it out. Overall experience 9.9. Thank you

Lamp not initially sent; had to reorder. Don't like LED lights. Reorder went well, but initial order not complete.
I received the bathroom vent in the mail. I proceeded to open the package and noticed that it did NOT come with the external housing nor the light cover. I was under the assumption that this vent was a full kit...that being said, I sent an email to customer service as well as left voicemails multiple days in a row wanting to inquire about said product. I have yet to get a response...I did receive this second email requesting me to rate this product that I am now following up on.
It was a great value and easy to install. If it came with instructions would have been a better purchase.

I do maintenance in a manufactured home community and the ventline V2280-50 is in a few if them. This item is an exact match to the V2280-50 with the exception of the led lighting. I know with a conversation with the etrailer team could not verify that for me, but I can testify that the VE76FR Breeze LED 180 is in fact a direct replacement. It was exactly what I needed and the staff was a pleasure to work with.
Very fast shipping and easy DIY installation. The fan is pretty quiet. The LED lights do the job but are a bit dimmer than a traditional or led light bulb. Overall I am very satisfied with the product.
