Question:

I really want to install this hitch on my 2017 Toyota sienna SE premium edition. My concern is that there may not be enough clearance for the bumper and I will not trim the bumper at all. I measured and from the ground to the bottom of the bumper is 12 3/4 inches. Will there be enough clearance to install this hitch?

The etrailer brand Class III hitch you mention, part # e98853 is a confirmed fit for your 2017 Toyota Sienna. Installation will not require any trimming of the fascia, but the under-body panel shown in the instructions which I've linked will need to be trimmed or removed and permanently left off. If you elect to trim the panel, it won't be visible at from the rear of the vehicle. As you can see in the linked video, the hitch is a perfect fit.

If you'll be towing with the hitch, you'll also need a trailer wiring harness, a ball mount, a trailer ball and the correct size trailer ball. For the wiring harness, use # 118498 for the SE model. Use the # D-28 ball mount and # 19260 for a 1-7/8 or # 63845 for a 2 inch ball. Use # PC3 for a hitch pin.
