Want a hidden hitch to be used for bike rack, not towing. What would you recommend? Thanks

I recommend using the Curt # C13343, which is a concealed cross tube hitch with a 2" receiver that will give you the greatest selection of bike racks. The Curt hitches have a thicker powder coating than most hitches, so it's going to help protect it from scratches that might lead to corrosion and will ultimately help with the longevity of the hitch. The concealed cross tube keeps everything but the receiver hidden, so not only will you have better ground clearance than a hitch with a visible tube, it's going to keep your 2017 Sienna looking good.

If you're also looking for a bike rack, the Swagman XTC4 # S64665 is a great solution to carry the whole family's bikes since it's a platform rack that will allow you to easily load the bikes. This rack comes with locks for the bikes, and lock for the rack to the hitch; plus the XTC4 folds up towards the vehicle when not is use, so it's nice if you don't always want to be taking the rack on and off the vehicle. If you're going to be carrying any women's or children's bikes, you will need a bike frame adapter bar like the Swagman Deluxe Bike Frame Adapter Bar for Women's, Children's, and Alternative Frame Bikes # 64005 to allow you to secure the bikes; this would be required for any bike rack that is not a wheel mounting rack though.
