So I have a Sienna 2018 and will be using it to tow a boat trailer. Just need a hitch. There are a lot that fit this vehicle. Can you give a recommendation?

You are certainly correct that there are quite a few trailer hitches available that are confirmed to fit your 2018 Toyota Sienna. In addition to the manufacturer, these hitches primarily differ in their weight capacities and how they actually mount to the vehicle.

For your application I recommend the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 76112 for a couple of reasons. The biggest appeal of this particular hitch is that it features a hidden design where only the receiver will actually be exposed. On top of the sleek visual appearance this provides, this will also further prevent rust and corrosion since a majority of the hitch won't be exposed to water when it's time to release or load up your boat. It has a 3,500 pound towing weight capacity.

There is another hitch model with the Curt # C13343 that features this same hidden design but Curt requires that you use an additional safety strap # 18050 if you were to ever use the hitch for a non-trailer load such as a bike rack or cargo carrier. Since Draw-Tite does not have this same requirement I recommend going with their # 76112.
