I am looking at the etrailer hitch for my 2020 Toyota Sienna. e98853 What does underbody trimming mean I will buy it but I don't know what that means

The etrailer.com Trailer Hitch Receiver part # e98853 is a great choice for the 2020 Toyota Sienna but it does require some under body trimming during installation like you mentioned. The under body panel will need to have a 4" by 7" rectangle trimmed into it to install the hitch. I have attached a a trim diagram for your reference. Besides the under body panel that needs to be trimmed this installation is pretty straight forward, I have also attached a video and the installation instructions for your reference.
