There is not a rated time for the installation of the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # BX1734 on your 2019 Chevy Traverse. We have found that the installation can take between 3 and 6 hours depending on the particular vehicle. This vehicle looks to be more in depth, so it is most likely closer to the higher number of hours. The lighting kit I recommend for your vehicle is the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267 which is a universal fit kit that utilizes your factory wiring while protecting it. The wiring normally takes about an hour for this kit, not counting any relays or switches that may need to be added. This vehicle is not yet completely tested for fits from Roadmaster or Blue Ox, so all I can give is general educated guesses at this time. I'd set a day aside for these two parts to get installed.
