I have an Atwood water heater 10 gallon, model gc10a - 4 e and I need a 110 volt heating element? Can you help?

Expert Reply:
Your Atwood water heater model gc10a - 4 e used the heating element AT92249 which is no longer available but we offer Camco part # CAM02143 that is compatible. Atwood does recommend a professional do the installation but if you're doing it yourself you will find the element on the back of your heater. The heater will have to be pulled out of the RV to replace the element and this is why Atwood recommends having an RV service shop do the repair.
