Anti-Rattle Hitch Pin Replacement for Bell Hitchbiker 450

Question:

I am looking for the hitch bolt/clip for a Bell Hitchbiker 450 rack. The bolt /clip that came with the bike is 1/2X9mm. The bolt is threaded at the top appears down half way then the hole for the clip at the bottom of the bolt. Appreciate any help you can do

From my research the Bell Hitchbiker 450 is basically the Swagman Trailhead 4 Bike Rack for 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Tilting # S63380 with a couple custom features. For the hitch pin, I recommend using the Locking Anti-Rattle, Threaded Hitch Pin for Swagman Hitch Racks # S64029 as the threaded pin and clip are not a replacement part available.
