Part # 3371303220 is a direct replacement for the original disc shoe assembly (Western 49071) that comes on the Pro-Plow and Pro-Plow Series 2 Western plows with a 7-1/2' steel blade assembly, part number 63081, like yours, as well as:

62395 7-1/2' Blade Assembly – Poly
62420 8' Blade Assembly – Poly
60390 8' Blade Assembly – Steel
60308 8-1/2' Blade Assembly – Steel

According to the Western's Pro-Plow Parts List I was able to find, the washers used on the 49071 shoe assembly are 1 inch washers, same as # 3371303220, so this will work for you!
