Hi, everyone, Stephen here with etrailer. Today, we're taking a look at a replacement plow shoe assembly for those Western Snowplows. So folks, this, as you probably already know 'cause you're replacing it, is one snow shoe assembly, or shoe assembly rather, for your Western Snowplow, and it's comparable to Western's part number 49071. And as you probably already know, you've got a stack here of spacer and about 16 washers it looks like. And this will mount to the bottom of your blade so that your cutting edge can travel safely over uneven surfaces. And of course you have the pen here to keep everything in place whenever you have it installed.
As far as some quick measurements, just so you can be sure it's gonna work with your needs, on a width over here on the shoe, I got about five and 11/16 overall on the diameter. From the ground to the top plane here, I got nine and 7/8 inches tall. And then just the shaft itself from the flat part here to the very top, I got eight and 3/4 inches tall. And this shaft is one inch in diameter. So again folks, easy to install or remove with this included pin here and clip.
Obviously it's constructed of a heavy duty steel. It's a very, very extra thick base. It's got a lot of weight to it and everything. And you can see it's got that beveled edge there or whatever. And again, this will be great for reducing wear and tear on that cutting edge, thus extending the life of your cutting edge.
So again, if you've never replaced these, they do get replaced every now and again because this is kind of your weak point if you will, in your whole system again, thus protecting the blade. And that will wrap up our quick look together folks. I'm Stephen, reach out if you have any questions about this or any other products and have a great day.

works great i like all the adjustments it will out last me many times over
The mounting rod coming off of the skid pad was at an angle and not perpendicular to the pad. Will still work but quality could be better.
I received my order in 2 days! Great
great fast shipping as well
Good product, super fast shipping
Product is working great. It was my fault I should’ve ordered a shoe with longer shaft. Now I know. We had to make these a little longer. Good product though.
Great price and appears to be excellent quality. Actually plan to use this as a replacement to a similar shoe that came off the front plow of a 1941 Ford 9N tractor. This was the closest match we could find, so with a little bit of welding, the old plow will soon be back in service!
Works great on my snowy 29HD
Was delivered early just in time to plow after storm and was able to my jobs done.
We had an issue where the post office only delivered one of the two items we had ordered. The box was torn and likely the other unit had fallen out. We called etrailer and they promptly sent out another unit the very same day.
Excellent customer service.

Txs

Does what it should
Excellent quality products . Have not used them yet , but will this year.
very good thank you
I wish it was made with a 1.25 shaft but got a piece of stainless steel pipe to make up the difference.. Works great
The shaft length is not the same as the OEM part.
On first usage it came loose and fell off. Luckily I found the foot.
Successfully installed on Bush Hog model 3506 Backblade. I needed the extra shaft length (8") of this shoe compared to the ones I had (only 5 1/2"). Thank you very much.
