The trailer hitch I recommend for a 2020 Nissan Maxima is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C11352. The Curt Hitch is an excellent option which offers bolt-on installation and no other permanent modifications. I have attached an install photo for you as well so you can see what it will look like once installed.
For a bike rack, the Thule Camber 2 Bike Rack part # TH9058 is going to be an excellent choice. It has anti-sway cradles to prevent the bikes from coming into contact with each other, a tilting feature so you can still get into the trunk with the bike rack attached, and an anti-rattle hitch pin to help prevent movement in the rack while out on the road so you can be sure your bikes are safe and secure.
