The B and W Hitch part # BWHDRH25122 would fit your 1995 Chevy Silverado 3500 if it was built on a cab and chassis model. Which easy way to determine this is to measure the truck frame from outside to outside. If this measurement is 34 inches then you do have a cab and chassis model and this hitch fits.
If you don't have a cab and chassis model B and W has the hitch part # BWHDRH25124 that's a fit instead.
