I need know about if need cut a trim in the bumper to a 2” hitch receiver.

The Stealth Hitches Rack Receiver part # 391AUDQ518 which is a fit for a 2018 Audi Q5 will not require any cutting or trimming so long as you have the factory center knock-out panel. The 2018+ models should all have the factory center knock-out panel which will allow the hitch opening to show through without additional cutting. I spoke to my rep at Stealth Hitches to confirm this for you.
