Hitch Recommended For Carrying Bike Rack on 2021 Audi Q5

I am looking for a hitch for a bike rack only, I won’t be towing anything. Which one do you recommend that doesn’t stick out too far Thank you

I'd recommend going with the # e94CR Class III hitch for your 2021 Audi Q5. As you can see in the provided photo, the hitch receiver sits pretty tight to the furthest most surface of the back bumper, it doesn't stick out so far that banging your shins on it would be a huge concern.
