I was dreading putting this on thinking it was going to be difficult however it turned out It wasn’t bad at all. Fit perfectly no problems. Video was extremely helpful.
Love all your products and have ordered many things. Only reason I give 4 starts is because for some reason I get called by my husband's name when everything I have ever ordered is under my name. Not even sure how you got his name to be honest. Every follow up email is "Hi Tim". I even checked past orders and it shows my name and my name is even in the email. Other than that great products!
This review is as much about etrailer as it is about the hitch. The Curt hitch for the B9 Q5 is great. Easy to install with two people.
Etrailer was great to work with. I realized the original hitch I ordered was going to be a month before shipping. I replied to the etrailer order email and asked to switch to the Curt hitch. The change was confirmed and it shipped the next day. The installation videos are outstanding. Thanks etrailer!
