Does installation of the Draw tite C1331 hitch require cutting/trimming the lower area of the bumper?

You can install Draw-Tite hitch # 76183 on your 2018 Audi SQ5 with only minor trimming of the rear fascia. If you refer to the linked photo taken from the included instructions you'll see the small 2 x 3-1/2-inch notch to be made. Just take care that you avoid cutting the wiring behind it. I also include a link to a video for a Q5 installation which will be very similar overall.
