Confirmation of Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver on a 2018 Audi SQ5

Question:

Hello, I read the Q and response on the SQ5 Indicating that Item # 76183 is the correct hitch for the 2018 AUDI SQ5. I have attached a photo of the factory hitch and 76183 looks nothing like it. Any comments on this? Thank you

An aftermarket trailer hitch receiver, like the Draw-Tite # 76183 that is confirmed to fit the 2018 Audi SQ5, are often not designed to install or match a factory hitch receiver.

In fact, sometimes when two different manufacturers offer an aftermarket hitch receiver for a specific vehicle, their designs can be completely different from one another.
