Question:

Does this hitch stick out any further than the Ecohitch on a 2020 Audi Q5? I cant tell from the pictures.

It doesn't look like we have had a chance yet to install the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver part # e94CR on a 2020 Audi Q5 yet so I don't have any specific measurements for you. That said, based on the install photos we have of this and the EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 306-X7397, I can confidently say that the etrailer hitch sticks out further than the EcoHitch. The greater extension means better compatibility with folding accessories like bike racks and cargo carriers but the further it sticks out, the more unsightly of a finish you'll have. If you're worried about an accessory being able to be folded up while stowed then go with the etrailer but if not the EcoHitch will have a bit better finished look.
