Question:
I have the hands free sensors for the tailgate on my 2020 CR-V. I'm looking for a trailer hitch but I really want to make sure that this feature still works. What's the best thing you guys have that still lets the tailgate sensors work?

Right off the bat the best option is the Draw-Tite # 76128 for your 2019 Honda CR-V because it is the only 2" trailer hitch that allows you to still use the hands-free liftgate feature. It is worth noting though that the sensors may have a little bit difficulty picking up your foot motion so you'll need to kick with a back-forth motion to either side of the receiver.
With that being said, the Draw-Tite does have a crosstube that is visible. This can limit your ground clearance (in certain situations) and it means the install doesn't look as clean as some of the other trailer hitches we have to offer. If you'd like something that looks really clean once installed then I recommend the etrailer # e98848 instead because it has a hidden crosstube for a clean look, and a matte black finish which looks better on vehicles and does a better job at hiding scratches and dents from road debris than standard glossy black finishes do.
The one catch with the etrailer trailer hitch is that is isn't compatible directly with the hands-free liftgate feature so you'll need to visit your local Honda dealer for a sensor relocation kit to retain this feature.
So essentially both options work and it all boils down to which look you like better. I have attached sample installation videos and pictures of both options installed on a 2019 CR-V for you to use as a comparison.
