Question:

Have a 2006 GX470 Lexus. Also already have a Roadmaster tow bar - model Falcon ALL TERRAIN. will this tow bar work with the above base plate

According to Roadmaster, their # 1185-1 Base Plate kit is compatible with all Roadmaster Tow Bars, including your # RM-522 Falcon All Terrain model.

To complete your flat towing set-up, you'll need safety cables like # RM-643, a wiring kit like # RM-15267, a supplemental braking system like # RM-9400 and possibly a high/low adapter if there's more than a 3 inch height difference between the receiver in the tow vehicle and the base plate on the Lexus.

According to my research, that particular vehicle would need a driveshaft disconnect in order to be flat towed.
