Which Sumo Springs jounce bumper suspension do I need for my 2020 Ford F250. I need something to help carry my slide in camper.

Unless you're using your truck to plow snow, most folks don't need suspension enhancement at the front. If you are pushing snow, the # SSF-111-54 with a 2800 lb capacity would work great. For the rears, I'd recommend # SSR-128-47-2 for 4 wheel drive trucks or # SSR-129-47-2 for 2 wheel drive trucks for a 4600 lb capacity. These will do a great job of handling any slide-in camper your F250 would be rated to carry.
