Question:

What happens when a motor fails. How would you raise up rv. Or batteries fail. Is there a way of raising rv up. I just purchased this item and it just occurred to me.

Good question; if for some reason there is an issue with the power or motor, you can manually operate the Ultra-Fab Deluxe Electric Landing Gear Set # UF17-943010.

I took a look at the instructions, and the accompanying cut out from them explains what you'll need to do. There are four screws that hold the motor and gear assembly on, and you'll need to remove those and turn the slotted shaft with a flathead screwdriver.
