According to the folks at Curt, the # C13243 is a fit for all models of the Land Rover Range Rover Sport, including the Hybrid models. From what Curt tells me, if your vehicle has a full sized spare tire it will not fit back under the vehicle once the hitch is installed.

If you'll be using the hitch for towing purposes, you'll also need a # 119250KIT trailer wiring, a ball mount like # C45240 and a trailer ball. For a 1-7/8 inch ball. use # 19260 or # 63845 for a 2 inch ball.

The # C13396 you'd mentioned is a fit for the Discovery Sport model, and would not fit your Range Rover Sport.
