When the item arrived the box had a massive hole in it. The only item in the box was the hitch receiver, no instructions, no bolts and packed very poorly.I emailed and was told they would send out the bolts and was very polite and apologetic. I finally received the bolts and it only had 2 of the 4 bolts needed to install the hitch!!! It had the 4 washers but only 2 bolts and the Long front bolt. The picture as well as the hitch shows 4 bolts and 1 long bolt. I will need to go the the hardware store and buy what i need.
The hitch receiver is absolutely perfect, just the process and parts are very poorly handled!
Great product... you will need a little bit of discovery for yourself to install... but overall great.
Didn’t think it would fit but it fit like a glove! Easy to install with the instructions given. Far and away above and beyond what I expected. Love it!

Fot awesome on my l494 2017 RR sport diesel. It’s a quality product but … you need M19 socket and wrench for the 4 back bolts M24 (!) for the main bolt. If diy definitely use air suspension to highest point and use ramps if you have them. It’s heavy and my tiny wife helped me enough but a third hand might have helped. I had to use Chanel locks to bend the main mount behind the Fran enough and malett th
Perfect fit to vehicle, no install issues. Quality heavy duty hitch with all correct hardware included. My only request would be a larger direction and dimension section for cutting the vehicle underbody plastic to fit the hitch through. That's not really something you want to mess up.
Install was not that long. Total time for me was like 2 hours. The online video helped with cutting the panel correctly to go back on. Will be using the hitch for a bike rack.
I had a little trouble lining up one of the holes, but I got it to work.

Hitch was “sprung” and didn’t line up well. Holes in the hitch need to be slotted more. Bolts sent with the hitch need to be longer. ABSOLUTELY NO reason that longer bolts can’t be sent. There is plenty of room where the bolts thread in. I’ve literally installed probably 100 trailer hitches on various cars and trucks. I had to use two floor jacks and a pry bar to install this hitch. Supplying 1 inch longer bolts with the hitch would have made it MUCH easier!

I can see where the installation would be tough. It does like the side brackets were flexed out of the alignment which is while the bolt holes did not line up. You had already done what we would have suggested by using the floor jacks and pry bar to straighten the brackets. I will share your feedback about the length of the bolts with the manufacturer.

Remains a well used addition to my vehicle. These seem to be bullet proof.
Very nice hitch and easy to install you rself.
It arrived on time but no box of any kind, just the hitch. Luckily my UPS driver came back when he discovered the bag of hardware still in his truck along with the directions.
The actual fit of the hitch is questionable. No matter what order I put in the four bolts that go to the frame, I could not get the last one to line up. The holes in the hitch are oval left to right, but there is no front to back adjustment which is what I needed. I had to remove the assembly twice and file off enough metal to allow the bolt to go in straight. Even though it was only about 1/16 of an inch it was still enough to make the install a pain.
The actual hitch looks great once I made the small bolt hole adjustment and I am certain it will work just fine. Too bad the casting of the hitch is off just enough to make bolt alignment a very difficult task.

Hi Reuben, it sounds like your hitch receiver may have arrived flexed. This can happen sometimes during transit since these are made from a mild steel. It is pretty simple to fix, so that you can straighten it and continue on with installation. I will link a helpful how to article on how to unflex your hitch below. Please let me know how this works out for you. There are other solutions I can provide if this does not resolve the issue.
