What is the outside diameter of the female part of the mount. I have a bike rack that requires a male fitting

The outside diameter of the receiver portion for the Hitch Extender for Brophy Hitch-Mounted Stairs # RHSE is about 2-1/2" while the shank portion (that fits in your vehicle's hitch receiver) is about 2". Please note that this was designed to be used with the Brophy Hitch Stairs # RHS2 and hasn't been tested or approved as the base of a bike rack.

If you let me know what bike rack you have I can see if we have a replacement part for it.

Unfortunately no, the Pin Locks for TorkLift FastGun and Derringer Turnbuckle Handles #TLS9500 will all use the same key, however the TorkLift Tie Down Locks #TLS9700 will use a different set of keys as they are not able to be keyed alike.
