Hi everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real quick look at this Pacbrake Alpha XD Pro Air Rear Axle, Double Convoluted Airbag Suspension Kit with internal jounce bumpers. Now, this kit is designed to fit your 2017 and newer Ford F-250, F-350 and F-450 Super Duty with the two and four-wheel drive models. I do wanna point out though that this will not fit your cabin chassis models and this is not gonna fit the dual rear wheel models without lift blocks. Input the year, make and model of your vehicle and our fit guide will confirm if this kit will work for you or if we have something comparable that will work for you. Now, when the load gets heavy, your truck is going to need more than just those factory rear leaf springs hanging on for dear life. These airbags are gonna add up to 7,500 pounds of rear axle support, keeping your truck level and steady even when the trailer is loaded and the bed is packed and the miles are long. So, you're not gonna have to worry about rear end sag throwing off your braking or steering or your headlights pointing up to the sky. Now, bottoming out doesn't just feel rough, that can actually wreck your airbags.

So, that's why this system includes internal jounce bumpers inside of each bag. So, as you can see there on that picture that I threw up there on your screen. So, even with no air pressure, your suspension has a built-in safety net. You're gonna be able to safely run at zero PSI when unloaded, which means no harsh rebound, just that smooth factory-style ride. So, if you're heading to work with an empty bed or cruising home after dropping the trailer, your truck is gonna stay comfortable, controlled, and ready to haul again with just a quick bump in air pressure.

But every haul is different. That's why these air springs give you full control over your ride height and firmness with adjustable pressure from five to 100 PSI. So, if you're hauling a fifth wheel or a full bed of gravel, you'll just crank up that pressure and then when you're unloaded and heading home, you can drop that pressure back down for a softer ride. With these manual inflation valves included, tuning your suspension for the day's work, is gonna be pretty simple and straightforward. Extreme hauling does demand extreme durability.

These springs are built with one-inch thick corrosion resistant end caps, which you're not gonna be able to see 'cause they do kind of have them loosely put together here, but the bags are also reinforced with 20 internal support wires for maximum strength under those heavy loads. Then you have these heavy duty roll plates (equipment rattling) on the bottom and top there. They're gonna protect the bags from chafing and help extend the bag's lifespan. And then these custom-fitted power-coated steel brackets are going to fight back against rust, corrosion, road salt, and all sorts of things that the road throws at it season after season. These precision laser-cut brackets are designed to bolt cleanly to your truck's existing mounting points without welding or drilling to your frame. I don't have all the hardware laid out on my table. I thought it'd be easier just to kind of show you a photo of everything that you're gonna be getting, so you have a clear idea of all the hardware that you're gonna be getting. So, you're gonna get everything that you need to get these installed into place. Basically, you're just gonna need to supply the tools, but no welding, no drilling, and this kit is designed to work with your setup today and wherever your upgrades may take you down the road. Again, you're gonna be able to inflate, manually, with the standard air valves right out of the box, no extra parts needed, but if you already have an onboard compressor, that's great. This is going to connect easily to most existing setups. Then maybe you're planning for something like an in-cab wireless controller sometime down the road, that's no problem 'cause the foundation's already built in. So, this is gonna be ready and easy to expand your control options when you're ready. Now, as I mentioned, this is going to give you up to 7,500 pounds of load-leveling support, but please be aware of the fact that this system does not actually increase your weight carrying capacity. So, you wanna make sure that you're not exceeding your manufacturer's recommended weight limit.
