Looking for some expert feedback on whether I can use the HiLo Kuat extender with the NV 2.0 4 bike setup? I have the NV 2.0 and the 2.0 add-on and need to use an extender for my wrangler. Thanks.

Yes, the Kuat Hi-Lo Hitch Extender # HL20B can be used with your Kuat NV 2.0 4-Bike Rack like # BA22B-BA02B. The only thing you will want to keep in mind is that the adapter does reduce the tongue weight capacity of your trailer hitch by 50 percent.

For example if the hitch on your Jeep has a tongue weight capacity of 350 pounds, this will be reduced to 175 pounds when using the Hi-Lo Extender. This means the combined weight of the NV Carrier (around 82 pounds) and your loaded bikes can't exceed this reduced number. As long as you stay under the reduced limit on your particular hitch though this will work great.
