Yes, the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness part # CU94FR is a fit for all models of the 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe which includes the Sport and those with or without the towing package. The T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness offers plug and play installation as you can see in the attached video. In regard to mounting, you can use the safety chain loops as shown in the attached photo or you can use a more permanent solution with the Mounting Bracket 4-Pole Flat part # 18144 and the No-Drill Mount for Electrical Mounting Bracket part # 18140.
If you don't already have a trailer hitch, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13195 is what I recommend as it offers no-drill installation and has a durable powder coated finish. The only other item you might want is a ball mount/hitch ball, the Ball Mount Kit part # 989900.
