There are a few possibilities for the correct TorkLift Cutom Frame-Mounted Camper Tie-Downs on your 2004 Toyota Tundra 4x4, depending on its exact configuration. I will list them below:

If your Tundra has the 6 foot bed, standard or HD tow package, has an aftermarket (but non-TorkLift) trailer hitch installed, and isn't equipped with boards or steps underneath the bed you will need part # TLT2301 for the Front and # TLR3500 for the Rear.

If the Tundra the 6 foot bed, standard tow package, a factory trailer hitch installed or no hitch at all, and isn't equipped with boards/steps under the bed then you will need # TLT2301 for the Front and # TLT3301 for the Rear.

Lastly, if the Tundra has the 6 foot bed, HD tow package, the factory trailer hitch, and isn't equipped with boards/steps under the bed you will use part # TLT2301 for the Front and # TLT3302 for the Rear.

For a set of turnbuckles (which aren't included) that will work great with these tie-downs I recommend the Stainless Steel TorkLift # TLS9529-2-LK.
