The Steel Solid Center Trailer Wheel # AM20053 that you reference have the smaller valve stem hole diameter of .453 inch. We have the high PSI rated chrome-plated brass valve stem part # AM20906 which would work great in this wheel. It actually comes with grommets for both valve stem hole sizes as well.
