I do have WeatherTech No-Drill Mud Flaps for your 2019 Ram 2500 Tradesman, but # WT110045 will not work as they fit certain models of the 2014-2018 Dodge/Ram 2500/3500 only.

For a front pair of WeatherTech custom mud flaps, the correct ones are part # WT110108 and # WT120108 for the rear. This will fit your 2019 Ram 2500 as well as 3500, regardless of bed size, as long as your vehicle is not equipped with factory add-on fender flares.

Since this is a fairly new product, we haven't had the chance to install them on a 2019 Ram 2500 (yet). But, for the most part, all WeatherTech No-Drill mud flaps look very similar and what makes them custom to each vehicle are the mounting points, which are on the portion of the mud flap that is hidden anyway. To give you an idea of what they will look like, I have linked a video and attached a couple photos of the WeatherTech No Drill mud flaps shown on a 2016 Ram 1500, which is the closest I was able to find to your truck.
