Do you know the brand of step bars?
From your description, it sounds like you're needing the Westin replacement step pad, part # 25-0001.
The pad is just shy of 20 inches long by a little over 3 inches wide. The pin spacing is exactly what you described, so it might be worth checking out the photo I've provided showing the dimensions and measuring your existing peg spacing just to make sure you had an accurate measurement the first time. Our dimensions represent the distance from the CENTER of one pin to the CENTER of the adjacent pin.
