Hello, everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at this replacement step pad for the Aries four inch wide oval nerf bars. Now, this is an exact replacement of the step pad that's on your Aries four inch wide oval nerf bars. This will work on the part numbers AAS221008, or the AAS221008-2. Both of those we do so separately on our websites.
Now, this step pad is made of a very durable polypropylene construction. It is for quantity of one step pad. And if you notice, it does include the barrel clips here that are used to go onto these posts right here, that will allow you to install this step pad to the nerf bar. A few measurements on this. Overall length, on it from one end to the other end, 23 and a half inches.
And the width on it, it's gonna be right at four inches wide. But that should do it for the review on this replacement step pad for the Aries four inch wide oval nerf bars.
Aries nerf bars have 4 of these pads. This is my 3rd time ordering, and I think the part was cheaper this time. The right part, in about a week, at a decent price.

Great product and excellent shipping time. My old pad had a chrome brand name plate on it the new one does not so they don't quite match, but don't show up to much so all is good.

The metal rings that slide inside the steps doesn't go inside instead they break off and bend. Not happy with this setup at all.
Part arrived quickly and was exactly what I needed. Installation was easy as well.
Everything arrived on schedule. Barrel locks installed easily and step fit perfectly. I will be recommending your company to friends.
The steps lasted about 9 months before I had to replace them again. Instead of steps I went with an entire new bar to avoid the above-bar steps. They worked fine while they lasted though.

This step replacement has held its color and has been holding up just fine. It hasnt loosened up or broken any of the pegs.

Purchased this for my 2013 Toyota Tundra and although we had to drill the holes a little bigger to get the replacement to fit, it worked perfectly. I'm tempted to buy 3 more to replace the others (that are perfectly fine) just because it looks so good!

Had to drill the holes out due to the pegs being a little bigger than the old ones Otherwise it was a direct fit and super easy install
I do not recommend. it took over 2 1/2 months to received the replacement pads. After waiting that amount of time they did not fit properly. The running boards had to be drilled out to a larger size as the plastic tabs on the pads were too large for the holes. i just ended up leaving the running boards off my truck.

The replacement pad is still holding. Aries design is not what I would call the best for this part, as it has 4 plastic pegs to hold it in place. But the part was the right fit at a good price.
