Hello everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at this replacement step pad for the Aries three-inch wide oval nerf bars. Now this part here will replace a step pad on the Aries Automotive three inch wide oval nerf bars. It includes this one step pad and the four attachment pins for installing it. This is a hard, durable plastic.
And a few measurements on this. The overall length, (tape measure scrapes) if we go from one end all the way to the other is right at 20 inches long. (tape measure scrapes) And then as we mentioned the width is gonna be right at three inches wide. But that should do it for the review on this replacement step pad for the Aries three inch wide oval nerf bars.

No clue as to what brand my nerf bars are, but the Aries had the correct 4 pin pattern. Only problem is Aries pins were so small I had to leave my original pin clips in the bar and install the Aries clips inside my old pin clips. Pushed the new pad down and seems to be secure. Only time will tell.
Loved the product. Exact replacement for my Aries Dodge Ram 2008 nerf bars. Fit perfectly and installed easily. There were 4 prongs for each pad and coupling were included.

Fit on tubular running board was a bit of a hang over, but we'll keep it as it is sufficient enough, not perfect.
It was the perfect fit. Been thru 50 car washes and it still remains on my truck.

Looks exactly like the one I got from you before, just like the other three on my truck.
But it’s about an inch shorter, has four pins instead of five and of course doesn’t match the holes.
Went back to your site and double checked the year and make of my truck but it still recommended the one you sent me.
I’ve made it work with a drill and super glue but I’m not happy. Doesn’t really fit since it’s shorter.
It was a excellent fit.

I did a lot of research and thought this was the one, but ig doesn’t quite fit. I wish there was an option to return and exchange, but since there isn’t, it is just trash unfortunately
It’s the exact replacement. Same quality as original. Priced too high in my opinion. Shipping was fast.
Was good but I ordered wrong one so it didn’t work for my fault.
Item was well made but I had to redrill the two outter holes in my bar to make it work.
The replacement pads looked very nice, but unfortunately, on the four pin pad the outer pins are not molded very nicely and we still have clamps on the pads and the bars trying to make them hold in the mounting holes securely. Is there any different four pin model numbers that would work better for my application? I have a 3 inch bar and these pads look like they are correct but unfortunately the pins do not line up with the holes very nicely.

I am sorry it does not seem to be fitting too well. What model/style nerf bars do you have? I can see if there may be a better fit 4 pin part for your particular setup.

Ot didn't fit. Seems as though it was about two inches too short. Also the running board has different hole widths to attach the rubber grip pad to the running board...grrrrrrr!
Malissa did a great job helping me, unfortunately they will not work on my step rails. The pins do not line up with the holes on the step rails.
