Will A 5 x 4.5 Hub Cover Fit A 5 x 4.25 Wheel Bolt Pattern

I regret my English is not very good I am a French Canadian, I want to know if it fit on my my bolts pattern is 5 x 4.25. THX

If the bolt pattern is indeed 5 on 4-1/4, then the # PXQT545BHS will not be a fit.

Reviewing the attached resource for measuring lug nut patterns, you would want to make sure what your measurement is. To measure a 5 on 4-1/2", go from the outside edge of one bolt hole to the center of oneo of the bolt holes across from it. The attached diagram should help as well.
