PART IS NLA. QUESTION IS MOOT. DISPROVE POST.
HappiJac does offer camper tie downs that fit your 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 short bed but the part # LC182906 is not the tie downs you'd need. Instead you'd want the part # LC182908-182928 which is the correct kit that fits your truck. This also comes with a stabilizer bar that is designed to help distribute the camper load between the tie downs. If you didn't want the stabilizer bar you'd just need the # LC182908 instead.
