Will 3rd Brake Light Blink with Turn Signal with the Pacer Performance 3rd Brake Light Logic Module

Question:
Just want to be sure: If I click the turn signal on will it also light up and blink the led 3rd brake light with no foot on pedal? or does it only work when the pedal is applied that it cancels the blinking? Thanks

The Pacer Performance 3rd Brake Light Logic Module # PP20-702 filters out the turn signal and only illuminates the 3rd brake light when the brake pedal is pressed. I have attached a photo of the installation instructions for you to check out.

I have this logic circuit installed on my enclosed trailer. The 3rd light blinks with either right or left signal, will light as intended when brakes are applied. Any ideas? All of my lights are LEDs.
