Can Trailer Wiring of 2019 Ram 1500 be Used for Powering Third Brake Light

2019 RAM 1500 I want to wire auxiliary LED brake lights to a backrack, but I want the auxiliary lights for brakes only. Could I use the trucks stock 4 flat connector and C56196 to separate the brake lights from the turn signals?
