Installing LED License Plate Light with Black and White Leads

Question:
I bought a led style lic plate asmebly has two wires white n black no diagram which is what ? I thnk black wld be ground but not sure tho white power source . I have a 93 chevy van g20 style has just one wire that is black n color.

For an LED license plate lamp like part # LPL41CB, the black wire is connected to the running light circuit so that the plate is illuminated when the vehicle head lights are turned on, and the white wire is connected to ground.
