We unfortunately have not had a chance to install the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Helper Springs part # AL57154 on a 2005 Ford Excursion so I do not have a final installation photo or video for you. However, the installation instructions that are attached have very clear photos for each step. I have attached a snip of the installation instructions below to give you an idea of what the installation looks like.
