Heavy front loads can throw off balance, steering, and braking. The LoadLifter 5000 air helper springs provide up to 5,000 lbs of load-leveling support so the vehicle stays level even under serious weight. By distributing the load evenly across all four wheels, these air springs help maintain safe headlight aim, reduce tire wear, and improve steering and braking control. You get a steadier, more predictable ride whether you’re carrying cargo or towing.
Every load is different, so these air springs let you dial in the support you need. Inflate each spring independently between 5 psi and 100 psi to keep the vehicle level front to rear or side to side on uneven loads. Adding just the right pressure helps eliminate squat and keeps handling consistent without making the ride harsh when unloaded. Manual inflation valves mount in an easy-to-reach spot, and a compressor system with in-cab gauges can be added later for even more convenience.
Road shock and sway can wear down suspension components fast. Each LoadLifter 5000 air spring is built from 2-ply, fabric-reinforced rubber with exclusive upper and lower roll plates that protect the bags and boost load capacity. The system absorbs bumps and vibration so the ride feels stable instead of bouncing or porpoising over rough pavement or uneven ground.
The endcaps are made of high-strength Zytel nylon that’s lighter, stronger, and more corrosion resistant than steel. That means no rust or tiny air leaks over time. The kit installs between the vehicle’s frame and leaf springs using included brackets, tubing, hardware, and manual inflation valves—no complicated setup required for dependable load support that lasts for years.

After one year of use on my Motor Hone, the air cushions are performing well and seem to hold air just fine. The ride has improved and we dont have the banging when going over rough spots in the road. Great product!

Great now that it is installed correctly installer made many mistakes airlift assisted with replacement parts and I reinstalled myself since then everything has been fine thanks
