When the front end starts to sag from a heavy load or towing setup, the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate air springs step in with up to 5,000 lbs of load-leveling capacity. The system levels the vehicle front to back and can even balance side to side for off-center loads. Adjustable air pressure from 5 psi to 100 psi lets you dial in the right support to keep steering sharp, braking predictable, and headlights aimed correctly when the truck’s working hard.

Each air spring houses an internal urethane jounce spring that takes the edge off bumps and jolts. These jounces engage progressively—the more weight you add or the rougher the road, the more support they give. They absorb road shock, help prevent bottoming out, and keep cornering stable without making the unloaded ride harsh. If air pressure ever drops too low, the jounce springs temporarily carry the load so your suspension stays protected until you can adjust it.

The LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate system is made with 2-ply, fabric-reinforced rubber air springs built for long life under heavy use. Exclusive upper and lower roll plates protect each bag from moving parts and add load capacity. The high-strength Zytel nylon endcaps are lighter and stronger than steel and won’t corrode over time, so you get reliable performance through heat, cold, and moisture.
Mounting this setup is straightforward—it installs between the frame and leaf springs with included brackets, hardware, air lines, and manual inflation valves. Once in place, just add air through the inflation valves to set your ride height for any load. For even more convenience, you can pair it with an optional compressor system that lets you monitor and adjust pressure from inside the cab. With this setup in place, you’re ready for steady handling whether loaded or unloaded.

Looks easy to install, hardware package was open hopefully all bolts and hardware is there!
This was exactly what our motorhome needed. The air bags firmed up the suspension and tightened the steering for better control.
As a mechanic for 50 years I had the necessary tools,my wife at 83 and I at 84 installed the air boots. They were easy to install and made a great difference in the handling, they raised the front end and helped eliminate the sway from passing tractor trailers and high cross winds on I-95. They fit perfectly on our 2020 Ford RV motor home F53 model, no drilling necessary, in the frame.
Order was on time excellent product
Awesome products and great customer ser vice.
Easy installation looking forward to ride improvements
Easy to install but have not ran a test run with my motor home as of yet but I’m happy with the installation and how well the air bags are built.
Looks like a good product, time will tell
Everything is just as advertised outstanding company
everything looks great have not installed yet
must drill holes on the frame on 2004 g ulfstream
Awesome service
Excellent service
The air bags fit the front of my class a motorhome just fine. I plan on using the air bags to level the motorhome as the suspension is sagging a little.
Great product.
The airlift 5000 does a great job of smoothing out my motorhome. My 2004 fleetwood pace arrow on a workhorse chassis is the worst suspension of the three motorhomes Ive owned. Ive added sumo springs which helped a little. And now the airlift 5000 has made my suspension better. Drilling the two holes through the frame requires patience and strength when lying on the ground. Well worth the time.
Lower bracket is not strong enough. Collapsed on the first trip. A replacement was sent out but did not last. I had to fabricate a support under the center of the bracket to prevent bending.

You mentioned that the lower brackets were not strong enough and had to be replaced. I wanted to see if you would be able to send a picture of the location? Was this installed on your 2002 Workhome W Series RV?
