Every load drives differently, and these springs let you dial in your setup. You can manually adjust air pressure between 5 psi and 150 psi using separate inflation valves for each side. Add more air for towing or heavy payloads, or drop pressure for everyday driving comfort. The dual inflation setup helps balance off-center loads and smooth out rough roads so the truck feels stable and predictable no matter what’s in the back.
Firestone’s Red Label air springs are built for extreme duty with four layers of reinforced rubber and a braided wire girdle that forms a durable double-convoluted design. The top and bottom plates use corrosion-resistant metal and a rolled crimp seal that keeps everything anchored tight, even when fully extended. These details boost burst pressure strength and long-term reliability, so you can count on them mile after mile.
The kit comes ready with vehicle-specific brackets, air springs, hardware, air line, and separate valves for manual inflation. The brackets bolt directly to the frame and axle for a no-drill install that fits cleanly in place. Route the air lines to your bumper for easy access to inflation points. Once mounted, the system works seamlessly with optional accessories like compressors or gauges if you want on-the-fly pressure control later on.

A year in and still 5 stars. The ride and controll is noticable better with the air bags inflated to just 60psi when towing my 16K lb 5th wheel. I run with about 30 psi if Im hauling a lighter load and just keep 5psi in them when Im empty. I have had no issues at all with the air bags or my on board compressor. Absolutely recommend this set up.

The ride-rite air bags are working great. I run 15lbs pressure in them all the time due to my fifth wheel attachment in the bed. I run 60 to 70 psi pulling my fifth wheel with a tongue weight of 3650 which is not a problem for the air bags.

Oh no! I asked the manufacturer if this is a common problem. They have responded that the brackets would not bend by putting air in the air spring. It would take more force to ben those brackets. Low air pressure under load can bend brackets over time because the air spring will continually pound on the bracket. There is not enough force to bend the air spring by inflating to 150 psi. How soon after you inflated the bags did the bracket bend?
