I have A 2019 ford F-350 when Pulling my 5th wheel trailer during stopping and starting the hitch feels like it moves and makes nose. Just had it installed At Fun time RV.

There is going to be a bit of movement with the kingpin inside of the locking jaws on the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # BWRVK3370 as it does need to rotate while turning but there aren't any adjustments for this. That said, the B&W Companion is not really known for this therefore the issue you have could be in regards to the brake controller settings. I recommend you increase the braking gain on the controller which can help prevent the trailer from chucking.
If the above does not work for you then you might be better off taking the hitch back to the dealer that installed it to make sure it was done correctly. There is also an option of a cushioned pin box but I would need to know what model you have to give options for replacement.
