Which Gen-Y Gooseneck Adapter Fits 2020 Keystone Raptor 424

Question:

Hello guys I have a 2019/2020 keystone raptor 424 5th wheel and want to convert to gooseneck on my CM flatbed with a BW ball that sits on a 2012 f350 dually rated at 25k Lippert S/N S003334023 LCI ITEM 6747471 What would be the best gen y adapter? Or if there is something better ?

Hey David, from previous customers of ours who have the same 2020 Keystone Raptor 424 we have determined that your pin box style is the Lippert 1621 which means for a Gen-Y gooseneck adapter you'd want the # GY38FR that you referenced.

Is there a heavy-duty version of this ? ...it's all about the line-up of holes ? For example, could I use the GY45GR ...its specs are awesome ..lol

@David So the # GY45GR would not fit as it was designed to fit in place of the Rhino box but I do understand what you are asking as there are higher rated options that do fit but the problem is that if you go with just the highest rated option you lose the cushioning as the spring isn't able to move like it needs to.

@JamesonC I'm sorry, I meant the GY66FR… Not the GY45GR….but I'm thinking the same rules apply, correct ? Also, who is a good sales person to reach out to for an order

@David Yes the same principals would apply. You can order directly from the site if you like but we don't have a phone person I'd necessarily recommend.
