Yes, you can use the Thule TracRac TracONE Ladder Rack on your 2019 Toyota Tacoma with a crossover toolbox. However, you will need to use part # TH27000XTB-501 instead of part # TH27000XTB-XK4B as this comes with the toolbox mounting brackets that you need.
