Yes, the Curt Trailer Hitch # C11349 is absolutely compatible and will fit your 2013 Nissan Sentra SV.
This is a Class I hitch with a 1-1/4 inch receiver and is a complete bolt-on installation, which is great for your car because it does not require any drilling to install.
For wiring which will give you a 4-way connector and allow you to power your trailer's lights you need Wiring Harness # 118582. The correct ball mount for this trailer hitch is the Curt # C45521 which requires Pin and Clip # F-4 to keep it secure to your hitch. For a hitch ball, the correct one will depend on the size of your trailer's coupler; you will need either 1-7/8" Hitch Ball # A-80 or 2" Hitch Ball # A-82.
